King Of Change to return in Fortune Stakes

Richard Hannon is currently leaning towards making the Fortune Stakes at Sandown the goal for Qipco 2000 Guineas runner-up King Of Change on his own return from a mid-season break to action.
The Marlborough handler has earmarked the mile Listed contest on September 18 as the next port of call to your kid of Farhh, before a Possible outing from the Queen Elizabeth II Stakes at Ascot on Qipco British Champions Day.
When chasing home Grecia at the mile Classic after breaking his maiden label on his return at Nottingham, the Ali Abdulla Saeed-owned colt took his kind.
Hannon stated:“I’d say he goes to Sandown for your Fortune Stakes. We were excited about giving him a simple time believing there are a whole lot of ground in the summertime, but he had a very hard race at the Guineas although He’s fine.
„I believe he’d be better at this time of year using a little bit of cut in the ground. He is a horse that is really talented and is functioning nicely.
„I would be sure that he could return and operate well enough in Sandown to consider a QEII. The owners are very keen on next year’s campaign and looking at one of the races in Dubai.“
